We encourage all residents to get involved with Stoneridge Court Condominiums and help make a difference in our community. Whether it's by volunteering for a committee, attending a meeting, or simply staying informed about association news, your participation is valuable and appreciated.

Reminders

❄️ Snow Removal

  1. Owners must take responsibility for ice on walkways and stairs.
  2. Shovels and de-icer are available in stairwells or nearby in each 8-plex ground patio.
  3. Owners can put out rugs or other means to alleviate the ice until it melts.

🚬 Smoking

  1. No smoking on Stoneridge Court premises (decks or anywhere that secondhand smoke may affect others).
  2. Please go to the parking lots or beyond to smoke.
  3. Please clean up any cigarette butts.

🚮 Garbage Collection

  1. The dumpsters are for household trash only.
  2. Residents are responsible for properly bagging and sealing all trash before placing it in the dumpster.
  3. Break down cardboard boxes to maximize space efficiency.
  4. Place all trash inside the dumpster.
  5. Prohibited Items: Hazardous materials, electronics, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, furniture, and tires
